I don't even know where to start with summing up this fire episode! There are so many golden nuggets during this conversation with my friend and fellow coach, Susan.
Susan Fleming is a Business Alignment Therapist who equips established Kingdom leadership to multiply Legacy, Impact, Freedom, Energy (LIFE) without burnout!
After 5 years practicing traditional therapy she realized that psychology was only a piece of the healing puzzle. Through her own journey she had incorporated the modalities of psychology, neuroscience, Kingdom assignment, mentorship, and coaching. God revealed how all of these beautiful pieces fit together, and that became the framework for her signature Multiplier Method.
Business was never meant to be toxic to the other areas of life, but we have learned the wrong way to work in business. Her mission now is to impact entrepreneurial culture with a new way to operate in business. She’s all about ditching the hustle and working from God's rest. His intention for us was always partnership, not performance.
Susan obtained her master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. She is also a co-author of the #1 International Bestselling book "Just Say No: 14 Transformational Keys to Set Healthy Boundaries in Business and Relationships."

Stephanie is a wife to her amazing husband, Andrew, momma to 2 beautiful little girls, and recently became a full time Etsy Shop Owner! Her shop is called Planning to Prosper, where she sells digital budgeting and productivity tools such as planners, worksheets, and digital stickers to make all of the “serious stuff” more fun! Stephanie has always had the “entrepreneur bug” and feels so blessed that she is able to wake up every day to pour into others with budgeting and planning tips - topics she could personally talk about all day long. Her passion has become her career, and it is all thanks to God and His plan for her! It hasn’t been an easy road - there have been lots and lots of bumps along the way - but man oh man has it been worth every single late night, every single tear, every single failure. If you have a dream, lean into your faith and trust God’s plan for you, and know that you will get there on His time, and after He has equipped you properly.
