It is something I put in my business plan and look forward to each year. But it didn't start out that way. It started out as feeling like I was being punished from God. Are you in need of a break but not sure if you should? And not sure HOW? I get it. When your business is 100% online, how do you take time off?

 

Simple answer: God.

 

In today's episode, I'm sharing 5 signs you might be in need of taking a break and then I'm following that up with some Q&A's I always get about the "how".

I don't even know where to start with summing up this fire episode! There are so many golden nuggets during this conversation with my friend and fellow coach, Susan. 

Susan Fleming is a Business Alignment Therapist who equips established Kingdom leadership to multiply Legacy, Impact, Freedom, Energy (LIFE) without burnout!  

After 5 years practicing traditional therapy she realized that psychology was only a piece of the healing puzzle. Through her own journey she had incorporated the modalities of psychology, neuroscience, Kingdom assignment, mentorship, and coaching. God revealed how all of these beautiful pieces fit together, and that became the framework for her signature Multiplier Method. 

 

Business was never meant to be toxic to the other areas of life, but we have learned the wrong way to work in business. Her mission now is to impact entrepreneurial culture with a new way to operate in business. She’s all about ditching the hustle and working from God's rest. His intention for us was always partnership, not performance.
